No call center. No auto-fired orders. Just a family selling tracks the way it ought to be done.
Delta Track Supply is a family business, started by people who’ve run this equipment and know what a down machine costs you. We sell rubber tracks for track loaders and mini excavators, and we do it the way we’d want it done for us.
Here’s how it works: you place your order, we confirm the tracks are actually on the shelf, and only then do we charge your card and ship. You always have a real person on the other end — a name and a number, start to finish.
The rule here is simple and it never bends: we confirm it's actually in stock before we charge your card. Every order, no exceptions.
Plenty of places will sell you a rubber track. These are the reasons folks keep buying theirs here.
Nothing is charged at checkout. We confirm it's actually on the shelf, then take payment — never before. If there's a stock surprise, we call you before a dollar leaves your account.
The price on the page is the price — per track and per pair, in plain sight. No “call for pricing,” no insider coupon codes, no freight surprise tacked on at the end.
24-month / 200-hour warranty against manufacturer defects. If the factory messed up, we make it right — fully covered early, fairly prorated after.
Short version: the warranty is real, the freight is free, and the fit checker makes matching your size easy.
| Coverage | What you get |
|---|---|
| Manufacturer warranty | 24 months or 200 hours, whichever comes first, from the day your tracks are delivered |
| After that | Prorated — by around 200 hours of work, a track has usually paid for itself |
| What's covered | Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. If the factory messed up, we make it right — fully covered early, fairly prorated after. Most show in the first 100 hours. |
| Wrong size ordered | 90-day return on unused tracks — the fit checker makes matching your size easy before you buy |
Questions on coverage? Just call — we'll sort it out in a minute.
90 days on unused tracks in their original packaging. Plans change — we get it. Return shipping on a change-of-mind or wrong-size return is the customer’s. If we send the wrong track or tread pattern, the return shipping is on us and we make it right.
Use the fit checker before you order and the right size is easy to nail. Not sure? Call us — we'll confirm it in a minute.
One thing on delivery: tell us up front if you need a lift gate. If a truck can’t unload because a lift gate was needed but not requested — or a delivery is refused — the carrier’s redelivery fee is the customer’s.
Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm Eastern. Call or text — the man who answers is the man who handles your order, start to finish.
