What we collect, why, and the choices you have. In plain English.

When you place an order or contact us, you give us:
Payment information. When you pay by card, your card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we only receive a confirmation of the payment along with basic details like the amount and status.
Information collected automatically when you visit the site:
Order security and fraud prevention. When you place an order — and for certain actions like searching the site or a payment attempt — we record the internet (IP) address tied to that activity, and we may check it against a fraud-prevention service. We use this to keep the site secure and to help spot and stop fraudulent or abusive orders.
Tax-exemption certificates. If you qualify for a sales-tax exemption (for example, certain farm uses) and give us an exemption certificate, we keep a copy and its details on file for tax and audit records.
We don't use your information to make automated decisions that affect you, and we never share your contact details with unrelated companies for them to market their own products.
We use your phone number to reach you about your order. If you call or text us, a real person responds about your order. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Our own analytics don't use cookies. Advertising cookies come from the advertising tags we run. Today that's Google Ads; if we ever add another (such as a Meta/Facebook pixel), it would work the same way and the same choices below apply. These tags use cookies to measure ad performance and support remarketing. We also use your browser's local storage (which isn't a cookie) to remember your cart, a visit identifier, the ad or referral source that brought you, and recent order details. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of personalized Google ads at myadcenter.google.com and optout.aboutads.info.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as your opt-out of advertising "sharing" and don't load advertising tags (like Google Ads) on your visit. Because GPC is a browser-level signal, it applies only to the specific browser and device you're using. We don't act on the older, unstandardized "Do Not Track" signal — to limit advertising cookies otherwise, use the opt-out links above or your browser's settings.
We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed to run the business:
One note for transparency: because we use Google's advertising services, our use of your information may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in Your choices below.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including the right to opt out of the kind of advertising "sharing" described above. Whatever state you're in, contact us and we'll honor reasonable requests. We won't treat you differently for exercising your privacy choices.
Your information is stored in a secured, access-controlled database, and it's encrypted while it travels between you and us. Your card number is never stored on our servers — payments are processed directly by Stripe; we keep only the payment status, amount, and the Stripe transaction IDs tied to your order. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Our website and products are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
